Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. Hereafter What’s For My Tea may be referred to as “We”, “Our”, “What’s For My Tea” or “sellers”. “You”, “your” or “purchaser” refers to the person accessing, using or ordering from What’s For My Tea over the Internet or otherwise. You must comply with our terms and conditions of trading.

All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Unless specifically stated Jewellery and Accessories used to demonstrate an item are not part of the sale. No contract exists between you and What’s For My Tea until we accept the order by taking payment for the goods. Orders are accepted at What’s For My Tea’ sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology.

All descriptions specifications and particulars of the goods to be supplied are approximate only.

The descriptions and illustrations contained in any advertising media used by What’s For My Tea have been provided in good faith by the What’s For My Tea but no such description, illustration or price list shall form part of the contract.

What’s For My Tea reserves the right to incorporate new features and to supply products which may not be strictly in accordance with the specifications agreed upon, provided that the changes in specification shall not materially prejudice the performance of the goods.

In the case of the customer re-selling the goods or forwarding the goods to third parties, What’s For My Tea shall accept no liability for any loss or damage to the goods and it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods prior to such re-sale or forwarding.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

Orders

Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to first find out an approximate delivery date, and then contact you so that you may choose between, having your order shipped when it is back in stock, selecting an alternative product, shipping just the in stock items or you may opt to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Orders can be placed via our website, fax, E-mail, or in person at our warehouse. We also accept orders by telephone but there may be a slight delay in answering your call as our order line is extremely busy.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and What’s For My Tea will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns and Refunds).

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the product they have chosen is entirely suitable for the purpose for which it is ultimately intended

Post, Packing & Delivery

What’s For My Tea aim to dispatch confirmed orders within 2 to 5 working days of receipt of cleared payment. All items remain the property of What’s For My Tea until paid for. An order is not deemed to be confirmed until cleared payment is received.

Estimated despatch timescales will be given when you place an order. We make every effort to despatch goods within the estimated timescales, however as we use third party carriers delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. What’s For My Tea shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Due to insurance reasons we cannot accept customers’ own carrier collections.

Payment
We accept payments by all major credit and debit cards

Payment can be made online by credit or debit card or online via PayPal

4.1 We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

4.2 To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

4.3 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following two exceptions:

  1. a) For products reserved online for store pick up or any other reservation service the price you pay is the price in store on the day of collection.
  2. b) While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply to individuals whose credentials cannot be verified. We will use discretion in these matters and will not authorize payment or supply unless we are completely satisfied that the order is legitimate.

Payment on invoice will not be considered, you cannot pay in instalments and we will not dispatch any orders without receiving cleared payment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. If we have received cleared payment we reserve the right to refund less a 10% re-stocking fee.

Returns

Your wish to return goods to us must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods in writing (which can be by e-mail).

What’s For My Tea will not accept returns of goods unless notification is received and a returns number given which must be quoted with the return.

All returns must be as far as possible in the original packaging and must be in the same new condition as they were dispatched. Your return package must contain details of the order and your full name and address and customer account no (found on your invoice) and any details of exchange goods or other requests.

If the items were received faulty or damaged then return postage will be covered by us but otherwise all return postage will be paid for by your self.

The customer shall be responsible for all freight and packing charges.

What’s For My Tea does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to return goods.

If the goods are damaged during their return to the Company due to inadequate or incorrect packing, the customer shall remain liable for the full value of the goods and shall not be entitled to replacement.

Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we collect about you is that required to process your order, which is given at the time of ordering. We do not collect sensitive information about you. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.

We may store your details in our own database, and use them to contact you with the occasional flyer, special offer or catalogue. If you prefer not to be contacted in this way, please e-mail with your details and the word remove in the subject. You will be removed from the mailing list. Cookies are used on our website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses and to store your details. We will not pass on personal information to other companies.

From time-to-time we may request information from our customers via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as postcode, age level). Survey information will be used for the purposes of monitoring and improving the use of our website and the satisfaction of our customers.

All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Sage Pay (Protx) VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay (Protx) are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Sage Pay (Protx) servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Complaints
Please e-mail What’s For My Tea if you are not happy with our service for any reason. We shall deal with your complaint promptly, we aim to acknowledge your complaint within three working days and keep you fully informed during our complaints procedure.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, but this right should not affect existing terms and conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.

The materials, products and services provided to you on this web site are on an “as-is” basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. What’s For My Tea assume no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, reliability or timeliness of the information provided by this web site.
